Louisville Rises to #14 in USA Today Poll

After beating Pittsburg this weekend, Louisville jumped 2 spots to #14 in the USA Today Poll. Clemson is ahead of them at #13 while West Virginia fell behind Louisville to #15 this week after losing to Texas Tech in a blowout upset.

Louisville’s Big East counterparts, Rutgers and Cincinnati, also rose in the poll this week to #17 and #18. This is shaking up to be a good Big East race and these many Big East members in the top 20 helps anyone’s argument that a Big East team is a viable contender.
