Louisville vs. Kentucky named top non-conference game by CBS

CBS Sports’ Jeff Goodman released his list of the top 50 non-conference match-ups for the 2012-13 college basketball season and the Dream Game tops the list. The December 29th contest at the KFC Yum! Center between the Cards and the Cats was called a “complete no-brainer” by Goodman on Twitter, and I’d have to agree. Quite frankly, I would contend it’s the best non-conference game every year, but that’s a different argument for a different day.
In addition, Louisville’s match-up with Memphis State on December 15th checks in at seventh on this list. That game will be held at the FedEx Forum in lovely Memphis, Tennessee. Here are some other games that made the list:
2nd – North Carolina at Indiana
3rd – Kentucky vs. Duke
5th – Kansas at Ohio State
14th – Baylor vs. Kentucky
25th – Texas at Michigan State
